A New Year to Wellness

A NEW YEAR TO WELLNESS

The New Year is a symbol of starting fresh. It's probably not surprising that the two most popular New Year's resolutions are "Staying fit and healthy" and "Losing Weight." It is also probably no surprise that most people don't feel they ever reach their New Year's goals or give up before they do. This often happens because they don't set a plan on HOW to actually do that. They think, "I want to lose 15 pounds," and so they get a gym membership and show up without a real plan in place. Or they say, "I want to 'get healthy' this year," but they don't really know HOW to do that.

Learn simple tips on HOW to create healthy habits that are sustainable and will actually help you look and FEEL better.

“It is your responsibility to be responsible for yourself. It is your God-given right to search, read, study, and decide how you will feed and take care of your own body. Be independent and be wise.” – Mary Young

The American Cancer Society says only five to ten percent of all cancer cases are from gene defects. Five percent. That means 90-95% of cancer cases are outside our genes. It’s what we put in or on our bodies. It’s what we allow in our homes.

Hidden toxins in our homes can affect us in many ways, mentally & physically. If our homes counter our efforts to be healthier, feel younger, have more vitality, be more productive, or feel balanced, our efforts are null and void. Nothing else we do to promote health and wellness matters if our homes negate the lifestyle actions we are taking.

We've been passionate about choosing natural health options for over twenty years. We know that most diseases are caused by what we put on or in our bodies, and we want to do better for ourselves and our pets. Your body is good. It is tough to get sick! If we get sick, it’s because MANY things have to happen, as our bodies are designed amazingly well. When you give your body what it needs, it keeps you well. Your current state of health is greatly affected by your daily choices & thoughts.

With life-changing results, we have created a healing home and barn for ourselves, our cats, and over fifty horses and mules.
